Not easy landing a tail dragger where you can't see forward.

I don't usually comment on these prangs but how the heck did that happen? Did he land late or just not see the obstacle? Secondly, why is equipment like that located anywhere near the runway. At Duxford they seem to like using the grass strip so nothing is parked anywhere near there. Total failure on behalf of the airshow organizers.
