After yesterday's delay, the Saudi contingent departed this morning. Two Airbus A330 MRTT tankers are each overseeing three Eurofighter Typhoons as they fly back to Saudi Arabia. I made a quick trip to RAF Coningsby early this morning (06:40Z) and took the pictures at a quiet, heavily overcast Airbase. The two tankers were based overnight at a civilian airport, and 'chicks' linked up with 'mother hens' just before crossing the English Channel.

Saudi Typhoons lined up, except the furthest left, which is RAF.
