Hi, Are the colours suggested for the Gripen the same as those for the Hawk trainer?

Brent mentioned that whilst he is not 100% sure, he used the following colours for his profiles:

Gripen
FS 36375 Radome: Light Compass Ghost Grey
FS 36320 Overall Colour: Dark Ghost Grey
FS 36118 Cammo Diamond: Gunship Grey
FS36173 and FS35237?

Hawk
Dull grey: FS 36231 = H140
Light ghost grey: FS36375 = H127

Airfix say that the basic colours of the Hawk are Humbrol 126 and 127.

I finished it using H126 and 127 so I don't have to change the colour scheme, thanks.

Time to resuscitate an old debate. General consensus for SAAF Hawk is Humbrol 127 (light grey) and 126 (dark grey). Having looked at my images of the Hawk, neither of these is close to reality. They are a) too light and b) do not have a bluish hue to them. I've checked the other Humbrol greys such as 123, 125 and 128. None are close. I've now resorted to the web to match colours with the images I have. Let's see what comes out of this.
