The ANC is there to enrich all cadres to address and rectify inequalities of the past.
Spending throughout government is therefore prioritised to spend money on non-essential luxuries, then complain there is no budget for the organisations mandated functions.
I do not understand why government officials need luxury vehicles, at excessive cost. A WV Polo/ City Golf also does the job to move from A to B..., oops this does not fit with their status they are entitled too...
In some developed European nations, public officials use public transport, including the Prime Ministers...
