Provost T Mk 52 (Museum)
The Provost never served in the SAAF,
The Provost served as a basic trainer in Rhodesia from 1954.
The SAAF Museum obtained aircraft 3601 (previously WV646, SR137, RRAF 301 'K') and flew it in the colours of the Royal Rhodesian Air Force SR137.
Sadly, the aircraft crashed in March 1998 while preactising for an airshow at Swartkop, killing the pilot, Rick Culpin.
