Tenders awarded during January 2010

Armscor issued a number of tenders and contracts relating to the SAAF during January 2010.
These included the following:
Denel (Pty) Ltd, t/a Denel Dynamics, was awarded a R14 989 738,38 extension to the contract for the preparation of A-Darter Client Finished Equipment data and hardware items for aircraft integration on 12 January 2010.
Continuing the saga of the stripped C-1340BZ Hercules 402, Denel (Pty) Ltd, t/a Denel Aviation, was awarded an extension to their contract for the continued hangarage of the aircraft. The contract was extende don 12 January and the value is R393 595,92.
28 January saw the extension of the contract awarded to Execujet Maintenance (Pty) Ltd for product support services for the Falcon 900 and 50 series aircraft, valued at R3 508 771,00.
