Tenders awarded during November 2009

Armscor issued a number of tenders relating to the SAAF during November 2009.
These included the following:
The contract for maintenance of the Oryx communication jammer, COMIX and Dalesta communication intelligence system electronic warfare systems for the SAAF was extended on 12 November. The R588 596 extension was awarded to Grintek Ewation (Pty) Ltd.
Although Army related, a request for quotation was issued to Thales Air Defence Limited of the UK on 25 November for the supply of Starstreak missiles.
