SAAF pupil pilots arrive at Babcock

The first SAAF pupil pilots to receive training on the Cessna C172 side-by-side trainer arrived at Babcock Central Flying Academy at Grand Central, Midrand.
The group of 18 pupil pilots arrived on Thursday, 1 October, for a two-day familiarisation programme. Their training is scheduled to finish in March 2010. After completing their flying training at Babcock Central Flying Academy, the students will continue their training on the Pilatus Astra at CFS, AFB Langebaanweg.
