CASA 212 damaged on take-off

A CASA 212 tranport aircraft was damaged while attempting to take-off in strong winds today.
While attempting to take-off at AFB Bloemspruit (Bloemfontein Airport), a strong gust of wind caused the aircraft to veer off the runway, resulting in the starboard wingtip hitting the ground. The aircraft came to rest at 90 degrees to the runway.
It was reported that a storm was approaching the airport at the time.
No injuries were caused to the crew and passengers, but the full extent of the damage to the aircraft is unknown at this stage.
