Ysterplaat Museum Open Day

The next Museum open day to be held at AFB Ysterplaat, Cape Town, will be on Saturday 30 October 1999.
Various Museum aircraft from Pretoria are scheduled to attend, possibly even the Mustang! Unfortunately, the range of the Spitfire prevents it from flying down to the Cape. Mike Beachy-Head of Classic Jets has also promised to make an appearance, including the public unveiling of a certain British supersonic jet that has never before flown in South Africa. Keep those ears open!
