South African battlespace C2 framework in the making

An integrated command and control (C2) systems masterplan, developed under the auspices of Project Erabus, has been submitted for approval by the South African National Defence Force (SANDF). Intended as a blueprint for all three services, a number of SANDF command and battle management system (BMS) acquisition programs are already being implemented in accordance with its provisions.
