Col Tertia Jacobs promoted to the rank of Brig Gen and appointed as Director Technical Air Services at Air Command wef 01 Deceber 2002.
Col Zacheus T .Z. Manyama promoted to the rank of Brig Gen and appointed as Director Operations Support and Intelligence at the Air Command wef 01 April 2003.
