New buyer for Mirage F1AZ fleet?

The defence minister of a Francophone African country is this week visiting South Africa to discuss the acquisition of the latter's retired Mirage F1AZ fleet. The aircraft can be updated with Russian technology (missiles and engines). An example was exhibited at the MAKS airshow in Moscow last year.
