This wonderful hobby of radio controlled airplanes is alive and well all over the UK. At many Airshows in England you will find either a representation, and if logistics / regulations allow, an active RC flight program by RC enthusiasts. They are a dedicated and very forthcoming bunch of people always willing to chat.

Here follows some pictures taken of a RC Vulcan at the recent Bruntingthorpe Cold War Jets event.

Came across this one too in my 'stash' of pictures taken last Sunday at Bruntingthorpe. The Vulcan you've seen in flight, however the Lightning and the VC-10 tanker also flew. As far as I could judge the Lightning had a more powerful motor(?) than the other two. All of the 'pilots' flew very well, no wind mind you, and at times it looked like the real thing i.e. the VC-10 guy did not do barrel rolls.
