Not sure that High Planes made a 1/48 version - I'm only aware of a 1/72 kit.
Typical Oz short run - soft plastic - loads of work - but quite accurate.

Cheers. I had only ever heard of the 72nd one too but the following link has a 48th for sale. I suppose I'd better make sure and ask him.

I am sorry to say this, but when you read the description, it states Eagle Designs   ...... They are from the States...

Could be... I just always saw US dollar, with no other options, so I assume US. They seem to mostly do Israeli subjects and the few SAAF ones with Israeli connections.

I was just about to post that my research leads me to believe they're Italian, Dingo. His Ebay account is Italian and he posts on ARC calling himself Luca - sounds very Italian to me.

Sorry, I really was on the blink!
I built the Cheetah D eons ago: http://www.arcair.com/Fea1/301-400/Fea3 ... hn/00.shtm

Pardon the the LGB's - but I was too lazy to scratch the SAAF version.
The kits are sold by Luca in Italy, and while pricey, and not Quickoboots etc quality, are a very useful tool to built this Cheetah variant.
I still have to finish the E.
