That looks AWESOME!!!!! :smt023 \:D/ =D> :smt023 \:D/ =D> :smt023 \:D/ =D> :smt023 \:D/ =D>

Please send the painting dept a memo asking them to please complete their work.
They signed off on the jobcard but the pilot's optronic turret has only the primer and undercoat.

Hehe, Did I miss that? oh well, will send it back to the paintshop. But the optronics turrets on these choppers are not all painted the same?

Hi Jakes,

I take my hat off, as Rooivalk is deceivingly difficult to draw or build. You did a great job. I just want to make one comment on the front though. The nose shape is odd, and I traced it back to the canopy being too narrow as the culprit. I've drawn a rough set of lines to give you an idea what I'm referring to. This is of course merely my opinion.

Keep up the good work. :smt023
Cheers
John

Hi Bladerunner,,

Thanks for the input! yeah The wire drawings I've had was not that accurate on the front elevation, or let me say, when I traced the lines from the front elevation, then it did not correspond with the top elevation. So had to choose which one I will use as main reference, and I used the top, as it have more info on it. But will play around with the scaling and see what I can correct!

Hi Monique,

Glad you like it. It is available for purchase here but I am sure a better prize can be discussed, as I only get about 60% of that selling prize. Anyone that is interested, can PM me.
But the FS9 and FSX model will remain freeware to download :smt023
