We have an old WW II one hanging in the bar in our mess - it's the last rounds bell. If you're unfortunate enough to ring it accidentally, then you are expected to buy all pers present a round :) Not sure if you'd want to convert it for that purpose though...
If I was a drinking man or even if I had a bar, I would do that .. maybe do it anyway & it gets rung when the missus needs to make some tea ..

I wouldn't take the romance that far   I do take the cap off every now & then, to have a whiff of memories though ...

Hi Kremlin, what pattern DPM is that? Good to see that they have the flag correctly orientated on the S103 patch :smt023

Thanks guys

Unfortunately the USAF camo's are a bit big. I'm going to have to start swimming so I get beefy shoulders, and I'm going to have to start eating more so that the pants will fit nicely.

Very good - I bet that she's super-chuffed and is probably feverishly sewing them on as I type :p

Super chuffed indeed :D

The Martini patch is large, measuring in at 5 inches :smt023

She hasn't sewed them on yet ... I am waiting for some ex-SADF bush jackets to arrive. They have more surface area for her to sew on ...
