They should be operating out of Langebaanweg and Ysterplaat. Not sure why they landed at the airport.

Seeing Dean getting sand blasted by Oryx helicopter sand wash live :shock: ,seems like you guys are getting some good shots out there..the demo was nice.

You guys can't complain now you get to see nothing :lol: :smt023 ,this was great,better than AAD in fact

Yeah, that Oryx-created sand storm was insane!

The best capability demonstration I've had the pleasure of witnessing by quite a margin. Well coordinated narrated! =D>

The Rooivalk fire cover of the Oryx, was great!

The Hawk vs Gripen show was the best of course.
Hawks don't often get a chance to stretch their legs and pull some good G's, but today they were really pushed by very fast and 'tight' gripens! =D> =D> =D>

It has to also be said that the navy ships out in the bay were having very close maneuvers amongst themselves once the demonstration began. Having the sub surface while everyone was watching, was legendary.

Yeah, the downdraft from a 10-ton Oryx is pretty strong. :lol:

Found it interesting that they've mounted Starstreak on the Geckos. I suppose it would give paratroopers a quick fix anti-aircraft capability before they are joined (or join up with) regular infantry.
