 Post subject: Matric or Degree?

Hey guys me again

I just wanna know if you join with a matric would it be better to do a degree first or could you maybe learn a degree by going through flight school( such as a aviation engineering degree) also if you join with a matric would it help out with selection by first doing any sort of degree just to show that your willing or what?

And do you need to go to university at all?
