Good afternoon Gents,
I am relocating to Auckland in New Zealand. My wife is already in Auckland starting employment on 22 January 2018.

I will appreciate your assistance should you be looking for a property in Aston Manor, Kempton Park or know anybody who has to relocate to Kempton Park.
The property is advertised on "Property24 Aston Manor". The address on the advertisement is 11 Bryntirrold street, Aston Manor. Advertised by Remax and Harcourts.
All the relevant information and photo's regarding the property is available. Please note that it has 2 enclosed carports, 5000 liter JoJo emergency water supply tank with an automatic pump and a generator.

The more people aware of the property for sale may lead to it being sold sooner.

Thank you for reading this post.

Kind regards

Johan Redelinghuys

Good morning Airfire,
Thanks for the reply.
In the early 90's aircraft noise was a irritating especially the Boeing 737-200, 727's and other jets with the older technology engines.
However, these days with the new engines you do hear the aircraft but I do not find it as bad as before.

Above the link to the advertisement - As I mentioned the address is 11 Bryntirroldway, Aston Manor.
I do appreciate your assistance. I heard somewhere that you need to get about 70 potential buyers to look at a property before a sale is made. It does make sense in our current political and economic environment.

Thank you again.

kind regards.

Johan Redelinghuys.

Hi H1017412,

I am pleasantly surprised that you are so close to us. We are renting a property in Gulf Harbour.
I am busy packing my aircraft stash, tools and equipment to ship to NZ. A rather daunting task as I did not realise I had so many stuff.

I would like to meet when I am in NZ. I will "PM" you once I have arrived. Hope to be soon as it is crap being alone in South Africa. However, I suppose that is the way it is,
one of us has to wind up our affairs in RSA.

Regards

Johan Redelinghuys

Good luck with the sale.

And when the two of you meet in NZ, have a drink for The SAAF Forum. :partyman: :smt023

Howzit Johan, we are are about 35km away, so "net om die hoek".

Look forward to teeing up something when you arrive. Just a personal observation regarding your comment to aircraft noise, I was watching take offs and landings at AKL airport the other day and was very surprised as to just how quiet an A380 is on take off - I was expecting a lot more noise than it generated.

When I lived in South Africa our property bordered Grand Central airport so were in the flight path for FAJS, FASK, FAWK etc. I loved it, got to see a wide variety of aircraft.

Hi Dean and H1017412

Thanks for your kind words and also for the fact that I am allowed to post the sale on the forum.
I may be in for a rough ride to sell the property.
However, I realise that it needs one buyer to make the sale although I am itching to be in New Zealand.

Kind regards to all who have read this post, hope each of you pass it on to someone else.

Dean, yes H1017412 and I will meet and have a drink on the forum.

All of the best.

Johan Redelinghuys.

Hi Johan - I'd suggest removing your email address from a public forum as spammers and other characters may target it for nefarious purposes.
