Not bad.

To rotate a picture, just copy it into paint, and there will be a toolbar that lets you rotate it (I forget the name).

Didn't know they had DVD's! Lets be honest though, nothing digital could capture the sheer mind blowingness (don't think thats a word) of those guns, the sound, oh man the sound....

I totally agree with you there man.... The sonic boom and the sound of a distant explosion is the most best feeling that I love about the military life, there's no way to explain the experience man! I actually signed up to study at the art school, but still no reply! Hopefully next year i'll be there at the event wearing a uniform! :smt023

Next to the MRL is a device on a tripod. I've seen it in other Bateleur shots as well - is this device a range finder or part of a fire control system?

Nobody knows?

Its also in the picture of the g5's, so my guess would be a range finder

My guess is that the divice is some kind of aiming device. In the old days objects like windmills, beacons etc were used to "aim" the guns and mortars. With the modern gunsights and battlefield circumstances (bushwar) an alternative had to be found. :?:

Sorry only saw this post now. If you look carefully, you would seen the same one at the G5s. It is a muzzle velocity measuring device. We adjust each unit for diffrence in muzzle Vel. If you want the theroy, let me know and I will send it to you.
