I'm calling this one done until such time as I can get hold of an ACMI pod, then I'll mount both it and the dummy AIM-9.

I've changed the plan for the next build. It'll be an F-16D in this scheme:

Thanks for looking :)

Wow that is a stunner, really beautifully done. I love your paint job, who says grey schemes are flat and boring, you nailed it =D>

Thanks very much guys :smt023

I've been busy with the twin stick and it's going a lot faster than than the first time due to knowing more or less the best route through the kit. Nearly prime time already..

Geez Avgass! There is no stopping you! Good going.

I was pondering whether I should just do the Kinetic F-16D OOB. The detail is pretty sweet. I have however decided to get a cockpit resin set for it. This is now on order... Let's hope the Aires set actually fits to the Kinetic set. [-o<

The plan is to maybe use the left-overs to beef up an Academy Viper.

Nice! I don't have the patience for that aftermarket stuff even though it usually improves a kit a lot. I'm looking forward to seeing your kit build up because I've gone on a bit of a Viper spree and bought a few more Hasegawa's and 4 Kinetics

I'm a bit F-16 obsessed at the moment

Late to a party, that has been silent for three and a half months.
I started on my 48 Hasegawa F-16A.

Does any one know what the difference is between an F-16A and F-16C in terms of appearance in our hobby?
I find the decal scheme a bit bland, thinking of finding an alternative scheme, but with the usual USAF two tone grey scheme.
I like the tail of Garymuller's bird (below from first page), I saw one with an Red Indian head on the tail.
