I am waiting for decals for the F1 so decided to do a quick simple build.
This is the trumpy kit, it is rather basic but thats cool for a non fuss build.
The sidewall detail molding was a little soft making for a "soft detail" . I did add belts from tamiya tape and spare PE bits.

The fit of the nose section was not good, ot was to narrow so I had to cut it open and insert a filler section.

My build moe joe took a real knock last night.

My panther was basically ready to paint, all primed and sanded. I was clumsy and knocked over the bottle of tamiya thin cement onto the table, no big deal the model was not close to it.

Apon closer look I saw a nice big blotch on the windshield where a single drop must have landed melting a fat ugly spot into the "glass" section next to the framing....not sure it can be rectified :-(

This has been a bad modling year, I only completed 2 models sofar and now messed up a relatively simple "quick" build
