Some models..look like models that have been well built but some models really look just like the real thing and this Lightning really does look like the genuine thing!

Photo shop that onto the correct background and no one could tell that its not a full size Lightning.

I have one of these kits in my stash & will certainly be using this thread as a reference when I get the courage to tackle it

The use of the after market parts gives it a very realistic touch - am going to start saving my pocket money & honing my skills on smaller projects first
