Here's latest completed project - Trumpeter 32nd scale Mig-21MF done up as the MiG-21bis at SAAF Museum Swartkop, only in better days (no extreme weathering of insignia or number). Not sure if the weapons fit is entirely correct (2 x IR AA-2 and 2 x radar AA-2) - this was a standard WarPac config but don't know if Angola ever flew them like this. No aftermarket goodies. Left the nose avionics bay open as the cover was a really baaaad fit.

Keep them comming Mistral, once again, a beauty. :smt023 I prefer the Buc, well I must admit it is my favourit aircraft. You seem to have some time on your hands, just what I need for my kit-bash Mirage that I have been working on for the last eight months.

Even if I become 300 years old I will never be able to build like this

Hi SPannie - I use XtraColour gloss enamels. I don't know what the official designation is for the colours - I mixed and matched using colour pics as a reference. I think the brown should be a bit lighter and more yellow but overall it looks right (I think).

Not so much time available - I build a couple at the same time and just happen to be finishing off a bunch at the moment. MiG was in progress on and (very) off for more than a year. Now it's sitting in the cupboard.

Thanks all for the compliments.
