Haven't built Airfix in a while, but this new kit is a little gem! Everything went together beautifully. Building up my WWII collection of SAAF planes, and this Gladiator from 1 Sqn, part of the Abyssinian campaign against the Italians in 1940, is an important addition. First time rigging a biplane, but EZ line made it easy.

Thanks guys. Theuns, I felt the same at times. Next time I'll do things slightly differently and I'll use accelerator to speed up the process. Still got the Tiger Moth to do.

Thanks for the heads-up! You're right. Never drink wine and glue windshields. Gone and fixed it.

From Tony Collins at GRSM :smt023

It's amazing stuff. I picked up my Beaufighter forgetting about the antenna. All that happened is that it stretched by about 5cm and bounced back to its original position. This also helps prevents the antenna mast from snapping off.
