hi gents
so , here is at last my Cheetah c conversion , a long time project , that comes true ...... the model depict the Cheetah flown by " M blokkies Joubert " at the end of the nineties ( I guess  )
decals come from Eagle design models . the final result is not so bad , I am mid satisfied with the windscreen , its shape on the top should have been more " circular .....too bad !!!! ........ thank you for watching , and for your input on the previous post ..... enjoy ....or not

Love it :D =D> :smt023

One small nitpick. Did the SAAF use that wing tank on the Cheetah C?

Yes, there are not many photos of them in SAAF use but they did indeed use them.

Its interesting though that the Ecuadorians seem to use them much more frequently than we did.

I would be rather tempted by the E version now , I am expecting for Mistral's build that will be rich of teaching
BTW here is an interesting "walk around " link , with nice close pictures

Amazing work! You've inspired me to use the decal sheet I bought a few years ago.
