I've heard that Pierre Victor's VEG magazine (Vertically Elevated Generation) is a great source of help for modellers as they have some great resources of the Mirage and Cheetah. Does anyone have access to digital versions of VEG magazine?

J Dog welcome to the SAAF Forum.

J Dog you can also find very good reference of SAAF Mirages in The SAAF forum, the first post by Dean.

Mistral who is a modeler wrote comprehensive articles accompanied with photographs covering the Mirage III in SAAF service.

What information are you looking for?

Just be careful, some of the info in Veg is not 100% accurate.

Thanks, will check out the forum posts. VEG seemed to have a lot of schematics and layouts that were not readily available in other sources. I think I will get my hands on some VEG hard copies as suggested by the posters above.

J Dog have you had a look at the files that I referred to?

You will find a lot of photo's in the files which will be your best reference that you can get.

Be careful of the VEG magazine info as not all the info is correct and not everybody knows where the inaccuracies are.

I agree totally, Dean - I deleted an unfinished post saying the same thing, but in a much less sensitive way. . . .
