The Mirage III D and D2 did not have the same lower tear fuel tank. One was built in & the other was exchangeable with RATO pack. I have photos. The chaff/flare installation was designed by my group at Advanced Aeronautics in Pta. We worked directly with Grinel. We were supposed to make them all the same, but because the lower aft tanks were not the same, the installation was different between models.
