Post subject:  Making your own filler putty

I got sick and tired of filler putty drying up, and found this tip. Cut left over sprue in small pieces, put in a glass bottle , cover it in thinners and leave over night. Next day, you have your own filler putty that bonds with plastic.

Yes and the best thing is that your filler is exactly the state consistency as the base plastic (if you use sprue from the model you're building). :D

Hi Guys I have tried a few versions of the "liquid sprue" approach to filler with mixed results. This video from the Flory channel is worth a watch

I have mixed some up as per his method and some initial trials have worked very well.
