I got sick and tired of filler putty drying up, and found this tip. Cut left over sprue in small pieces, put in a glass bottle , cover it in thinners and leave over night. Next day, you have your own filler putty that bonds with plastic. |

Yes and the best thing is that your filler is exactly the state consistency as the base plastic (if you use sprue from the model you're building). |

Hi Guys I have tried a few versions of the "liquid sprue" approach to filler with mixed results. This video from the Flory channel is worth a watch https://youtu.be/E9cAH7cVwm4 I have mixed some up as per his method and some initial trials have worked very well. |
