Same company?

People who got a bad service or have a gripe complain, but is worthwhile to read.
Say a company ships 1 000 packages and 2 goes wrong, that is 0,2% failure and they complain.
Mean time they have 99,8% success rate, but some says they are bad.
Did they go down the right channels to rectify the problem? I know sellers have this problem, they complain before bringing up the issue with the seller.
I have had problems a few times with ebay purchases, not ebay's fault, the sellers fault. One case the seller said he would give me a credit for a future purchase, it did not go his way. I either got my money back threw ebay or PayPal, the latter gives more time to resolve issue with seller. I had the feeling some sellers play you to try and run you out of time so you can not claim back.
One time I ordered a 48 Canberra, I got a 72 Canberra form the UK shop. I provided plenty of proof, photo's and size of box it was sent in so they could see it came from them, which showed a 48 Canberra kit would not fit the box.
They wanted me to send the kit back to examine the " blah blah blah " and then decide if they should refund what I paid to ship it to them which was more than the value of the 72 kit in their store and send me the correct kit.
Two days before PayPal cut off time, I claimed the money back with ease.
Funny thing was they sent me the 48 Canberra kit.
Bottom line, cover your tail if they don't deliver.
