 hau. Well, got two going finally. Airfix Javelin and Airfix B-57 Canberra. Not quite the box shaking thing. Although I must say, the Javelin has got to be Airfix's best 48th kit by far and on a par with any other manufacturer out there. It very pleasing that the most iconic name in plastic kits is again at the forefront of releases :D

Hi Guys

Got the final word from Garry regarding Saturday

Quote:
Right you have three days left to get your entries in for MOY this weekend, we have had a fair response so far and thank you to all who have entered. Please remember that in order for us to provide the same level of ease of entry that was experienced at Nationals we need these online entries. It is also a lot easier for us to plan space if we have an idea of what’s coming, Also remember that there will be NO on the day entries allowed form existing club members.

The doors will open at 9am and all models need to be on the table by 10.30. 11am is the judges briefing, which is everyone as before. Remember please that if you have entered you are expected to judge other classes and if you haven’t entered your help with judging would still be appreciated, we will use the same two tier system we developed and was successful at NAT’s where required and we hope to have prize giving at 3pm.

We have a lot of new faces, and some old ones, that have promised to come along and have a look, so we will also have some tables available just for displaying models, so please bring along those older masterpieces and especially the class winners from NAT’s for display.

This was supposed to be sent out by Tony on Monday, but did not happen. Entries Close Wednesday at midnight.

Good luck and get those last entries in

HP

Can you keep up with the pace of ever improving craftsmanship standards, or outpace it to win more awards?

But Mistral you have so many nice pitcha's of your models already

Seriously though I will make a plan to get them to HP for the club's use. I will also post them as soon as I can.

Unfortunately I did photograph every model, I suppose the lesson is to start shooting earlier before judging.

BTW, F22 Mup worked very well :smt023 . But to be fair my Samsung phone took very good shots without all the gear

Photo's sent to HP.

Hi Mistral

Thanks again for your F22,tripod,mirror-lock-up tip. The photos turned out perfect, absolutely no post editing required.
