Would love to know the decision behind going 48th on the Huey. Guys on the forums have been asking for a 35th Huey for years. It's not as if Kitty Hawk are scared of large scale models...witness their T-28 and Harvard. I think they've missed a trick here. And where on earth are the 35th scale AH-1G Cobra and Mirage F1 ?

Good point, KH are building up there 48 scale helicopter range. So the Huey does make sense in the context of the existing range.

However they are going to release a 1:35 MD500/ AH6 Night stalker. I think this will be the first 1:35 chopper from them.

I can only guess that they are planning on more 1:35 helicopter releases.

Spice are you sure of the 32nd scale one ? I thought they were going 72nd and 48th. I actually contacted Baris Tansoy last week offering hime detailed pics of the SAAF #414 at Swartkop - he replied saying that they'll look into an S.Mk.50

Thank you for contacting us. We are thinking something about S.Mk.50 version. I wrote down your e-mail address and I will ask help from you about some details when time has come. Please keep in touch.

Hopefully we'll get the S.Mk.50 option with the initial 48th scale release. Also hope the two belly door configurations are provided as well as the larger SAAF wing slipper tanks. Can scratch build everything else. Man it's good times.

Just to celebrate I bought this gem over the weekend - fresh off the press, every SAAF Bucc fan needs one !!!! \:D/

I saw a post of a video yesterday on his Facebook page by the UK importer. He mentioned only the 48th scale one and a 32nd Su33
