Wingman... sadly thats the wrong version for a SAAF Shack.

That is the MR2... I believe we flew the MR3.

Looking at the Revell Shack it seems like they are planning to release a MR3 version in the future. The sprue's are designed around common components, check out the fuselage.

Great news for us Mirage fans. I'll buy a couple which will then directly result in the 32nd scale ones being released

OOOHH!!! That Mirage will be a good one!

I've got a Heller kit, and the Red Roo convex set sitting in the stash.

Oh my greatness  Roden coming out with 32nd O-1 Bird Dog and O-2 Skymaster. Two awesome Vietnam War subjects. I thought Kittyhawk would do these (what with their T-6, T-28 and OV-10), but I'm happy they're coming from Roden. My last two Roden builds (48th OV-1 Mohawk and T-28) were actually not bad experiences. Just dump the kit decals. Good times indeed. All we need then is a 32nd Mohawk....

Here's one I have been waiting a long time for, AIM / Rug Rat Resin have re-released their 1/72 Casa changing from vacform to a resin kit. I got mine from Hannants (boy you sure feel the effect of the poor SA Rand once it's paid for and delivered!) The kit looks good, the resin is quite bulky when compared to the great quality of Scaleworx kits but the detailing looks good. There are a number of variants possible with different nose cones and wingtips. Also included are some white metal parts and decal sheets for a number of versions.
