Got this kit for $32, shipped from UK on 4 August and arrived this morning before I could have breakfast.
If no one is home, they leave the box at your door.
Information on this (Upgraded mould) kit is scarce, lots of complaints about Italeri's previous EA-18G kit.
Got positive feedback from a member in the direction from down under, out came my credit card.
Decal sheet is huge, the size of the box, made by Cartograf.

Maybe a reissued Revel/Monogram F-18F with G bits :?: If so not a bad build but totally inaccurate according to the great all-knowing oracles on the various websites. But then, who cares. It looks like a Hornet :smt023

From what I read, it is Italeri moulds.
Italeri's first E/A-18G was an F-18F with bits to make a "G".
It was torn apart by reviews for being inaccurate with "F" detail that did not belong to a "G", and "G" detail missing, and bad fit.
Multiple reviews that can put you off this kit like that, but at the top centre of the box it says "Upgraded Moulds" which led me to ask what this means exactly, what have they done? Not much information out there, I guess their first boxing has kept people away.
I see Academy has reboxed this kit.

Mistral and all.
I just compared Revell F/A-18E kit to Italeri E/A-18G kit, no similarity in parts at all.

Generic picture.
Someone was selling all sorts of goods that he buys from peoples homes, I guess estate sales.
After telling him I have too many kits, it was offered to me for C$12 (+/-R140). I took it and my wife had a few questions for me about my stash vs life expectancy. :smt102
Right now I'm airing the box under a heater vent in the basement, it stinks to high heaven of heavy smokers breath.
I see it has a price on it for GBP 22.
