Yes, a real pity there's no SAAF option, seeing as the model can be built without the Vipers, according to those instructions.
Hopefully a full 35 Sqn decal set becomes available in time, otherwise I guess it will be a year or two before Revell looks at a follow-up release with further MR3 options.

Revell do release kit variations, but are unpredictable in when and what they release so its difficult to say if they will release a SAAF version. Though it does seems obvious that they should.

The new Eduard Mustang looks very impressive, out the box one can get any variant of the P-51D including the SAAF's K and F-51. Plus armament.
