Who is the highest ranking woman in the SAN, ever and currently?
Have any women commanded SAN ships?
If I can find sufficient sources I might write an article about the topic.

Lieutenant-Commander Maria Clulee was in command of SAS Galeshewe, I think in the early/mid 2000s, she passed on a coupe of years ago

Roger, from what I know it was Rear Admiral (jg) Khanyisile Litchfield-Tshabalala.
A few others were promoted to the same rank but no-one has been promoted higher in the Navy yet as far as I know
