whats that?

Some info...anyone seen the Afrikaaner, Sarah Bartman and smaller partrol vessel (not sure which one), in the harbour?
...Spoke to one of my dad's friends lastnight, he said looks like the navy will be taking over management for them.
Remember, all this happened in under a week (lastweek).
He and seniors are in meetings this morning regarding the final details/decisions...so, exciting times?
FYI...its a R800 million contract. good way to extra funding for the navy? :D

He said this with a wide smile on his face: Atleast the harbour will be 'full' now

If you can't then either your browser or ISP is blocking it.

Some nice pics of weapon's testing in the latest Navy News - including one of a 76 mm firing making the most perfect blowback circle from the muzzle brake. Plus as shot of an Exocet just about to impact the target ship.

Go on give us a clue. Gee I paged through the SA Navy site and cannot see anything as referenced. The only other site is a UK website. These old eyes you know. Could you post the link? Thanks

Navy News is the official monthly print magazine of the SA Navy ... and a very good one it is too. =D>

At R60 for an annual subscription, it is good value for money. :smt023

Just a question IMHO: Why must YOU as a South African tax payer pay for a monthly Navy magazine. Surely the South African taxpayer has paid for this? Can't they make it available in PDF online?
