Is there any way to get the politicians to see that we must build them here?

at least some of them will be local

I'm pretty sure the original requirement was to have them built here.

The intention is to have other African countries join SA in Project Biro. The vessels would then be built in an African country to be decided upon, but South African already has a history of ship building ...

We also seem to be straying from the Durban topic ...

Just to show that Salisbury Island can accommodate the Valour class frigates.

Is this still becoming a base as opposed to a station?
