Nautilus - now on the outer wall and looking rather splendid. :D I wonder if she will be under own power or towed when the time comes?

Durbanite - SAS Mendi can be seen in the one pic below.

It turns out that the "Nautilus" was towed out of False Bay today by the tug "Sea Carrier" so she is not under her own power.

A busy couple of days in the bay this week: Fishing Vessel "Harvest Krotoa" was brought into docks this morning.

Some photos of the Chief of South African National Defence Force Medal Parade held at Simon's Town this morning. Lt Gen Fabian Msimang, Chief of the SAAF, conferred various service medals.

Lovely to have had a frigate and submarine cruising up and down the Bay as a backdrop. :D
