If you mean the MV A10 in the previous post, it's a Damen product.

NSRI Simon's Town had multiple call-out on New Years Eve. Some of the activity I managed to capture at year-end. Click on pic to enlarge same for viewing.

Recovery of a small swamped yacht.

Here is retrieval of a boat off Glencairn with nobody on board.

I noticed Daphne Class submarines in the dry dock. Are these being fixed?

It's a museum exhibit.

Hi Mistral....sorry I have no idea, but it was a nice long deployment. I seem to recall seeing a photo of her at a port recently in Mozambique, and then later she was out in the Atlantic for out to sea according to MarineTraffic, so she really got some nice sea time. SAS Protea also out to sea at the moment which is fantastic. :smt023 :smt023

I think she was only out in the bay and surroundings for about 2 weeks now with sea trials.
Other than that, she was pretty much tied up in the inner basin after her brief dry docking.

Replaced Navy Tug - "Umalusi" (ex Golden Energy) was out in the bay today. A real delight to see her at sea once more. :D

SAS Umzimkulu M1142 going through her paces in the bay on Friday. Turning hard to starboard as she came about in some extensive manoeuvres & exercises.
