why the fixasion with sab. i should never have mentioned the name...ok jeff.

Strange reaction, from my point of view.

Opportunity for SABMiller investors, excrement in the market place.

Out of the blue, you are having a go at Belgium, what did they do to you.

i have found an article on a very far viewed man but non the less, he raised some valid points and it was an interesting read for me. maybe others would like to see his take on brics:

Id like to add that there have been many rumours around about germany's gold and the reprinting of germany's currency circulating the web but it is just rumours so maybe take this with a pinch of salt?

it wasnt with brics but imf. there is a cash war going on jeff: if everything is true, then within the next two years we should see a fundemental shift in currencies. many are saying now is the right time to switch to gold backed. but it isnt yet. russia still needs the comodities trading in china to get better and the new development bank is not yet operational. i think after the bank, so next year... oh and dont forget the new credit agency probably needs to work out its kinks too

you may have to google translate: http://www.contra-magazin.com/2015/03/d ... -russland/

my attempt at a google translate: http://translate.google.ca/translate?hl ... rev=search
i was going to put this with your russian post, but you will start to see the sentement will moove through euro, Ukraine was a little too close to home and a russian maidan is not in the cards

If Japan signs, we can say its game set match for imf and the world bank. they will be forced into new reforms
hot off the press:
http://www.economist.com/news/asia/2164 ... ucture-gap

this blog was a decent read: "an opinion of one person" and many others such as myself
The old order always gives way to the new. Changing economic dynamics are already causing world-shaping political configurations. The BRICS group is solidifying a pole position in global economic governance for its members – Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa. They are currently pushing through their economic agenda to balance against the current economic system that was drafted by the western powers towards the closing years of World War II

Johannesburg - The South African and Chinese governments on Tuesday afternoon expressed their satisfaction that the establishment of the development bank of the Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa (BRICS) bloc was at an advanced stage.

for those interisted: an article on why brics is fictional :)
BRICS and the Fiction of “De-Dollarization” http://www.globalresearch.ca/brics-and- ... on/5441301

however, his whole argument revolves around this:
In fact they did not have the choice of making this decision in view of the strict loan conditionalities imposed by the IMF.

Heavily indebted under the brunt of their external creditors, all three countries are faithful pupils of the IMF-World Bank. The central bank of these countries is controlled by Wall Street and the IMF. For them to enter into a “non-dollar” or an “anti-dollar” development banking arrangement with multiple currencies, would have required prior approval of the IMF.

Funny, guess professor doesn't read gov sites either :smt023 none of the current leaders strike me as faithful pupils

relevant to the professors article above:

Both development institutions have been gaining popularity and are seen as a counterbalance to the IMF and World Bank. President Obama has reacted insisting the US should make the rules for the global economy, and not China
