Not really sure it belongs into this forum. It's the artwork subforum, but the vSAAF forum section... *shrugs* If it's wrong then shift it or bin it ^^

This is from one of the few Flying Legends airshows that I actually went inside for (as I usually sit under the approach for much more interesting shots). It's a drawing largely based on a photograph, which I may or may not make available so that you can't laugh at the difference

It's with a HB pencil on low quality printer paper, so a bit difficult to get even shades and darker tones.

No further aircraft as yet, as I'm not very good at drawing

I'd show you my original photo but I can't actually find it atm >< I might draw something else perhaps, maybe tomorrow: lots of rain.

Nice drawing M4rek.

I've been drawing since I was at school but struggle to get perspective, lines and shading right on planes or cars. I usually stick to people and fantasy creatures (so mistakes can be masked, lol).

Must say that your perspective and shading is superb.

I've done a few freehand profiles of F14's and F15's. I'll rummage trough my files and see if I can find them and post them here during the week.

Keep on drawing. Practice makes perfect!
