SAA Junkers JU 86-Z5 Sept 1938 crash on Zanzibar?

Just seen reference to such an event - has anyone here any knowledge?

I have no record of a Junkers 86 crash on Zanzibar (only one in South Africa) , indeed no record of any SAA aircraft lost there. I know that SAA flew to SWA, Bechuanaland, Northern and Southern Rhodesia and Tanganyika but don't think that was part of SAA's routes before WW2.
