What would the typical airspeed be for bomb release - particularly in Rhodesian Air Force service (think Westland's Farm in 1978)? Also, did the Hunters carry bombs at all?

When attacking with Alpha bombs, the Canberras would fly at 350 knots.
Hunters carried 2x 450kg Golf bombs, with ANFO (ammonium nitrate and fuel oil) filling surrounded by 10mm chopped steel rod. A 1 meter fuse extension was used to detonate the weapon above the ground.
