I'm not 100% sure but RCM is either based at the National Heliport in Pretoria or at the Johannesburg Airwing at Rand Airport. She is definitely based in Gauteng province.

I've updated Dean's list which was posted in 2010 according to my knowledge and research recently done. Please add or correct me if I'm off track.
