The Learjets present a bit of a mystery.
I have not found any registered to the SAPS (any variant of the name).
According to Avdex ZS-NYV is a Learjet 31A and not a 35A. Its registered owner is the KZN Provincial government.
I haven't been able to trace a registration for the Learjet 41 at all.
It could be that "41" is in fact just a typo for "31" and the SAPS only have one Learjet, a 31A?

(b)The SAPS is doing research with regard to the feasibility of UAVs in aerial policing. A decision about this matter will be made before the end of the 2008/2009 financial year.
