When did the Sabres wear that look?
Metal finish with "go faster stripes" dates from Korea but with the Bokkie roundel, not the Castle.
Did the Canadairs ever wear the metal and stripes combined with the Castle?

Prior to beng painted in camaflauge, the Canadair Sabres wore a natural metal finish with diagonal fuselage bands and wing tips. 2 Squadron had a red stripe with a thin Black outline, while 1 Squadron a blue stripe outlined with orange.
